The map search box should be displayed in the foreground.

Looks wpdash-style.css are being applied. Need to debug further.

The dialog appears on page load but disappears quickly. Continue to debug.

As suspected the map layer JavaScript is hiding the dialog. overwritten-by-JS

Resolved by loading CartoDB-CSS and remove leaflet-search CSS plugins
