MAP EXPLORER - ODC & MEKONG -- INFO selection Has Multiple WARNINGS #1007

These warnings are now being displayed for almost every map layer when you click the INFO icon for map layers

I noticed this on following layers:

ODC

Environment -- Georelief Hansen Tree Cover Mangorves of Cambodia Rivers

Forest Cover -- ALL Layers Mining License -- All Layers (except All mining licenses) Infrastructure -- ALL Layers Communication -- All Layers

MEKONG

Hydrology -- All Layers Demographics -- All Layers Info doesn't show at all for 1950-2050 Urban Population Estimates Multiple Warnings for Major Urban Areas Energy -- All Layers Multiple warnings Environment -- All Layers Multiple Warnings Infrastructure -- All Layers Multiple Warnings -- Info doesn't even show on some layers
