MAP EXPLORER: Aqueduct legend labels #599

chloropleth legend labels aren't displaying correctly. HTML copied from CartoDB displays correctly in cartoDB.

Bubble legend from CartoDB also doesn't display the labels in the Map Explorer correctly. There is a border and the figures aren't displayed on either side of the bubbles.

HTML code issue - need to review, @Huyeng when you have time could please look at this for the aqueduct legends as I know you have fixed the bubble ones already.

Still happening on these layers but not this one:?

Could be my code in for the legend. CartoDB doesn't allow for you to add the labels easily so I did a bit of a hack code to get the spacing correct. Perhaps @acorbi @Huyeng you have a more elegant way of doing it.
