Currently suggestions are not working on the WPCKAN admin interface, meaning we can't add resources to the pages.

Screenshot is from the admin screen for https://opendevelopmentmekong.net/topics/land but @prustar reports that the ODC team has experienced it today also.

CKAN URL on wpckan config needs to be https
