Implement styling options for "On this category" widget #994

It would be ideal if layout options for custom post type widget were available in the "on this category widget" to account for different positioning (sidebar, horizontal, homepage, etc.)

Ideal functionality would be for the widget to separate content by type -- group news, topics, announcements et al. with a title for each content type.
