MAP EXPLORER// VN map explorer layers are not loading? #996

@ngohaily Reported issue with VN map explorer - the layers aren't loading.

Both wms and cartodb layers.

@Huyeng could this be the same issue as previous with the cartodb layers not displaying?

@Huyeng - I just checked this morning and the English site appears to be loading but the Vietnamese site appears to only load wms layers and not the Cartodb layers. Also not sure what the white box is that pop's up when you click on the map?

@prustar, it was different issue. There are some code were updated both child theme and parent theme. However, only the updated code of child theme is pulled to server that caused the error.
