Provide an alternative message for when there are no search results #120

for example: There are no results for the document types you selected. OR There are no records listed under the topic (taxonomic) term you have selected.

@acorbi -- putting here in comments to keep records -- when we have the facility to allow for data sharing then the message should offer to users to upload a relevant dataset if they have one.

@acorbi -- we should have a message when there are no search results. This would encourage users to stay on the page and spark them to use other search terms or filters; rather than leaving.
