Add Document type filter #60

Needs the filter function to be able to filter the laws document by the document type.

hi @Huyeng this has already been raised on https://github.com/OpenDevelopmentMekong/wp-odm_tabular_pages/issues/21. Im taking care of this Issue between today and tomorrow.
