Currently, the users is redirecting to new tab when they either preview Image or PDF or Download the page.

ODC team suggests to shorten the workflow by:

[ ] Previewing the PDF resource directly on Announcement Details page
[ ] Integrate Image preview
[ ] Trigger download directly when the user click on Download without having to redirect to a new page.
