CKAN Metadata: Library record--- Bi-lingual page #277

On CKAN library record metadata, the bi-lingual page don't work with four identified fields: Short title, Copyright, Corporate author & Publication date. It appears like the same issues re-appear with library metadata. @ChandaraKhun Please specify what is the expected behaviour of the issues you raised. Saying "it does not work" does not help much.

  1. Short title is not set. Either for English nor for Khmer. What do you expect to be presented?
  2. I guess you want to have the value of the Copyright field translated, right? I have opened a dedicated issue for that in the corresponding repository -> https://github.com/OpenDevelopmentMekong/ckanext-odm_dataset/issues/437
  3. The corporate author field is not multilingual, therefore there is only the value in English which is specified by the editors. Would you suggest some change on this?
  4. What would you expect to see on the publication date field? The date being translated into Khmer date?

@acorbi , 3. It might be a solution if the data entry may just type it into Khmer.
