Autorefresh Newsticker and Websites not working #1

Unfortunately, the suspended news tickers and websites remain frozen at the time of launch. Is there a way to activate autorefresh for websites/news tickers?

Thats bad, I will update this whole project in the next two weeks ... I have locally newer versions running ... I will also provide update instructions for AlmaLinux 8+8 and Debian 11

I thought it was a home-made problem. I have included a stream from a webcam. Newsticker from BBC and the website Windly. The stream ran flawlessly the whole time. Windly and the news remained frozen. I therefore removed the stream. Unfortunately, the behaviour did not change.
