move contens of eddydiffusivity into physics_methods #21

This seems more consistent, as many other parameterizations are placed in physics_methods. @knutfrode what is your thought about this?

I agree, it is best to gather these things.

I don't like the name "physics_methods" though, so open for suggestions for a better name to this module.
