Train and Test set split

How are the samples split into train and test sets? Specifically, is there any mixing of geographically similar locations? Can the same exact lane markings be included in both training and testing, even if viewed from slightly different angles, by different cameras, or at different times of day?

That question may exist and we can't check it from raw sensor data due to lack of gps data.
