Unlock features #136

Any thoughts on unlocking all the cities and secret cars on the menu? would be nice thx for the feedback

The development phase (Beta) suggests that current feature set of the game is locked and nothing new will be added and existing is not going to be removed. You can compile or download Release_Dev version from AppVeyor to unlock everything the game has.
