Hello, i have a huge frame drop when staring at west... even lower than PSX
When im read to the nort, east or south fps stay at 30 with no problem. But when im go to west fame goes under 10
And it happens in every city... Some missions like "Chase the intruder" where you go for the west is terrible
Also, the game don't use much CPU and GPU or even memory. The usage is very low, even with huge amount displayed to use

CPU model AMD FX-4100
GPU model GTX 650
And it happens in map menu... When i open the map frame goes 2fps
