Fix driver1music in config.ini and my idea changes

Purpose

The driver1music in [game] has SOUNDS folder, because it doesn't work. Putting SOUND folder with D1Music.bin will works fine though.

The Control mapping, probably it is one of my idea during in-game (except menus), also low resolution with Bilinear Filter smooth disabled.

As well minor fix Time of day text in debug option.

The Driver 1 Sound folder is incorrect in SOUNDS folder. it should be SOUND folder.
One of my idea control mapping.
Low Resolution as 640x480 (definitely it works fine), but my idea might try test wide-screen resolution.
Disable Bilinear Filter smoothing (possibly for low resolution)
Minor text fixes in "Time Of Day" Debug option should be lowercase as "of".
The "Rain" text in Time of Day debug option should be rainy as it matches from "EN_GAME.LTXT".

I already applied the config.ini corrections but the other changes aren't necessary - better to fork it then.
