Please add Cyrillic characters support. #184

I use high-resolution fonts, and when I enter Cyrillic characters in translation files, they are not displayed in the interface. I am using the latest build available here as well as ALTMODPACK 1.3 by BLACK DADDY (There are available custom fonts ttf).
