Love it.

Don't make me want to remove --ignore-gsd again... I'll do it!

On srs note, the base rst files are dynamically generated by parsing /OpenDroneMap/ODM/opendm/config.py and extracting the built-in help from there (that prints in the terminal) to template here.

I don't like the idea of this diverging, so I'd need to change things there.

What are your thoughts?
