Remove duplicate GCPs when re-importing a GCP file #43

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a GCP file, with two or more map GCPs shared between two or more images (a single map GCP is linked to multiple image GCPs)
  2. Export the GCP file.
  3. Close the application, import the GCP file.

Result: there are multiple, duplicated map GCPs (which makes editing more difficult).
