DVBSky support #343

I create a one-file-patch for support DVBSky cards. I just don't know how to include firmware files into image build. After manually add this firmware files to image DVB cards works fine.

Thanks, I will test today. This driver patch works for Montage M88DS31xx demodulators.

258 seems to be a STB0899 demodulator and should be supported by kernel since 2.6.35.4

We don't have Technisat products here.

After enable CONFIG_DVB_M88DS3103=m at kernel config DVBSky S950, S952, S960 works! Thank you for great work!

BTW: #258 could works if enable CONFIG_DVB_STB0899=m
