Driver support Realtek DVB-T RTL2832 #1648 #4968

I am re-opening this old (issue #1648) I have fresh install of OpenElec 7.0 Beta 3. also installd tvhead addon in services.

I have RTL2838 DVB-T (USB Stick) and it doesn't work for me. I can not see the card n the the tvhead web interface.
