On OpenELEC 7.0, the Bluetooth does not initialize on boot, even though it is enabled in the OpenELEC config widget.
I can fix this manually by logging in on SSH and executing the following:
# systemctl start brcmfmac_sdio-firmware@bcm4330.service
# hciconfig hci0 up
Now the Bluetooth devices can be managed from the Bluetooth tab on the OpenELEC config widget.
Even enabling the brcmfmac_sdio-firmware@bcm4330.service doesn't seem to work; checking the status after boot shows that it is loaded but inactive. Seems to be similar to #3926, but the fix there didn't work.
