change 25: PKG_URL="http://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/kernel/kmod/$PKG_NAME-$PKG_VERSION.tar.xz" to 25: PKG_URL="https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/kernel/kmod/$PKG_NAME-$PKG_VERSION.tar.xz"

Because the ftp://ftp.kernel.org/ service was terminated on March 1, 2017
