[8.0] No sftp support in OpenELEC 8.0 #5027

In /etc/ssh/sshd_config there is a line

Subsystem sftp / usr / lib / openssh / sftp server

but there is no file /usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server and so there is no sftp support.
