DVB driver for SAA7131 (saa7130/34 v4l2 driver) #530

Hi, I notice there's an issue for SAA713x specifically mentioning SAA7134 and while I suspect the same driver applies (especially going by the first line of dmesg below), I thought I'd err on the side of caution and start a new one to avoid any confusion. Feel free to merge with the other issue if it's appropriate. The card I have is a Medion CTX953_V.1.4.2 with a SAA7131E/03/G chip. There is some further info at: http://linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Medion_CTX953

My card does not appear to need any firmware file.

Already existing SAA713x issue: https://github.com/OpenELEC/OpenELEC.tv/issues/163

Here is the output from dmesg on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Live CD:

If there's anything else I can supply to assist do let me know as it would be great to have this card working under OpenELEC PVR.

can you try and see if it work with lastest beta ? issue 163 is already fixed and closed

mrdominuzq commented 11 years ago

it's been a month without any answer, maybe it should be closed and raised again if still a issue :)
