there is another "bug" with this card. The firmware is long to load and so there is a race competition with tvheadend if tvheadend is launched too early at boot. To solve it i have had a "sleep 5" in /etc.rc.d/tvheadend.

I saw that Sraue solved it by a better way ^^ in Openelectvheadendservice :
