[rpi][r11034] All images show up with weird colors/sans red/scrambled

I don't have a screenshot of how scrambled images look like but it's a similar effect to the faulty boot screen that was fixed earlier this week.

Weirdly enough, some, but not all, of the non-red images are now working fine, and sometimes, scrolling away and scrolling back will cause the images to work correctly. Regardless, all the image loading takes much longer than with earlier builds (when they load at all).
