we overuse this. at most of the places it is completely
pointless. for "backup" - backup_dlg should be started
a bit early instead of firing busy dialog
EDIT: this is a possible fix for PI (I could reproduce the bug once on Virtual too). where wizard sometimes freezes with busy dialog on net discovery. <= this happens only on clean install / first boot (or after softreset)
