Message/PopUp if Internet Connection is lost #76

My Internet Connection is offline atm and i'm getting a popup with this message: "The internet connection is lost, please check wifi dongle or lan cable" The Popup cames every 3 second and takes me to OE Settings Menu. How can i disable this message/notification ?
