Set maximum sleep per tag #119

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be nice to be able to set the maximum sleep time per tag. Some may only need to wake up every hour, some once a day and some more frequent.

Describe the solution you'd like In the content set tag config: image

Make it possible to set the sleep cycle on the specific tag as an override of the default that is set on the AP-page.

Describe alternatives you've considered Nothing.

I think this should go to the main repo. But the functionality you ask for is already possible with HA, just set the minimum delay to something really big and attach a lower ttl to your images you want to refresh more often

And you dont want really need sleep times longer than an hour, the energy savings are negligible
