Add support for 4.2" screen #14

Currently only the 1.54" and 2.9" appear to be supported. Would be nice to use the 4.2" as well

The new drawcustom service supports the 4.2 and also the new 7" screen. Since this service is way more flexible, i will not create more drawline services going forward. The old ones will be kept though.
