Add support for dithering when uploading images #7

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Maybe, I'm getting some images which are not very sharp.

Describe the solution you'd like Be able to able to supply the "dither" argument to the services.

Additional context The current "imgupload" of the AP has support to supply a "dither" argument, it would be nice to have that available as well in Home Assistant.
