Dropdown changing value when Reviewing form #142

What steps will reproduce the problem? Cannot say with certainty

Current setup as follows..
1. Dropdown of 25 items created
2. When selecting item #7 (before Review)
3. On Review of the document - it will display item #5
4. On reverting back to edit the document - it will display item #17
(But this is erratic)

What is the expected output? 
I expect to see that same option selected prior to Review of the document

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Product Version : Open eSignForms v14.11.1_p1117
Operating System : Windows 7 & Windows 8

This seems doubtful only because drop down lists have been working for years.

As a commercial license, can you share the document/drop down you are using so 
we can look at your setup?

Did you review the comments from your forum posting on this same issue?  If you 
have two drop down entries with the same "value", there's no way to map back a 
single value to possibly many labels.

In general, a dropdown list should only have one entry with a given value.  The 
value is what is stored in the field.  While you can have multiple labels that 
are the same, doing so would be confusing as the user would not know which to 
choose.

I will share the document/dropdown. Can you tell me how.
I will appreciate if if you can look at it.

It is the only dropdown that gives me issues, and it is also the one with
the most options.

I though that it was because I deleted some options from it previously, but
I re-created it and it gives me the same problem.

Who it may concern,

I found the problem - You were right the issue was with the Dropdown values
that was the same.
