Allow user-defined properties to be created on a User record #157

Would like to allow special options (properties) to be set on a per-user basis beyond the built-in fields. Would then like to be able to reference those fields in a document and/or custom logic, probably using field spec notation, something like ${userproperty:otherAppPassword}.

Added a property sets button to the User record to configure "user property sets" that are also searched before all others (search order: User, transaction's branding library, document(s) libraries, ESF template library).
