vertical alignment in table cells #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add a way to vertically align top center bottom for items in table cells.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.0 on a Mac using Safari

Yes, right click in a cell and go to Cell -> Cell properties.

Questions should be asked in the Google Group (or Facebook discussion).  These 
'issues' are for bug reports and enhancements only.
