Document version party setup - use two column select lists instead of list select

In Document version party setup: when there are lots of field names to select 
from, it would be nice to have a way to add one or take one away more easily 
than holding down the control key and clicking; it’s easy to unselect the 
whole carefully selected bunch by accident. 

A select window that moves the selected item to another pane might be nice. 

This is low priority but a little vexing.

Just click cancel if you mess it up and then re-edit the party for now.

As pressing items are completed, we may revisit this and use a double column 
select.

Actually, it appears that there's good space on the page to have a twin column 
select. I'll see what it means to swap out the list select as it shouldn't be 
too much work.

Changed in version 1.2.4.

We replaced the ListSelect with a TwinColSelect. We also no longer populate the 
list with radio buttons since only the radio button group needs to be set for 
update (and then all its related radio buttons are too).
