Image defined inside a document not showing in production #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a document version with an image. 
2. Use the image in the document by selecting it from the CKEditor image 
chooser.
3. Promote the document version to production.
4. Use it in a transaction. For TEST, it works, but for PROD, it can't find the 
image.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The image should appear.

Fixed in a patch for v11.9.10. This will be available generally in our next 
release.
