Enable multi-page documents #41

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

The current document definition supports the concept of multiple pages, but
only one page is currently supported.

Please add support to define multiple pages so that each page of the document
can be displayed individually.

Current workaround:

Create each page as a document. These should flow the same way, more or less.

Otherwise, stick with the browser based paging so the contents flow from top to
bottom, with page breaking DIVs if printing needs to page break as well.

Enabling the multi-page capability in which pages designed for edit mode are
filled out and then a final review shows all pages designed for review mode.
Pages will support being both edit+review modes, as is done today for all
single web page documents (which does allow for multi-page agreements, just
web-style as one long page rather than limiting to a printed page's length).
