use custom logic to send files uploaded/attached in form to sending party

A form has an uploads/attachments field where users can upload images and 
files. When custom logic is used to email a pdf of the completed form, it would 
be great to have the uploaded files come along for the ride, instead of having 
to fetch them from inside the transaction in the account.

This will be available in the 12.3.* release. Allows you to select any file 
uploads in your documents to be included in an email being sent out.

Also, added the ability to retrieve these files from the general tran search 
and report detail views.

Under the Package, Customize logic, Send Email Action, you can select which 
uploaded files to include (of course, if no file was uploaded at the time the 
email is sent, nothing will be attached).  This is in the 12.3.* release.
