This capability is available today by using an "internal user" document that
allow people to enter notes and upload files and then only give internal
parties access to the document, but we're looking for a simpler mechanism for
straightforward needs.
Would like a way to include notes and upload files to any document/transaction
without having them become available to other parties. It should record who
created the note and when, and allow those with access to see the historical
notes and any attachments, but without requiring the party view the attachments
or the like.
This is just a simple way to add annotations to documents after the fact.
