Add current sensor calibration #277

Should add a method to calibrate the current sensor, similar to https://github.com/lincomatic/open_evse/tree/development/utils/ammeter_cal

+1 for this capability. Initial testing with a kill-a-watt meter shows my OpenEVSE to be inaccurate to the tune of ~8% low or so. Not earth shattering, but I would like to get it more accurate if I can.
