Problem with receiving consumption #808

I currently have a TuYa TS0601_din so I see the consumption of the home is not in real time, it takes more or less 30 seconds to update, I understand that that is why the Shaper goes crazy.

Can this time be set? Should I change the consumption meter? Any recommended Zigbee?

Note: Although the INSTANT consumption increases, it does not send it immediately.

imagen My limit is 10A. How can you do this calculation? And the EVSE is limited to 14A for the hours I have 15A.

It doesn't make any sense to me.
