BizDevOps, DevOps 2.0, Multivocal Literature Review
Abstract
BizDevOps as an extension of DevOps, reinforces the collaboration between business, development, and operation stakeholders in the organization in order to enhance the software cycle. While BizDevOps has not yet received much attention in academic circles, it has gained considerable prestige in the in-dustry area. This situation reflects a gap between theory and practice in this con-text. In this work and by means of a Multivocal Literature Review authors gather visions from both academic and industry spheres on the topic. The result is a gathered image of BizDevOps, including definition, characteristics, related mo-tivating issues, and potential challenges and benefits.
