documents with multiple pages #51

sometimes, a downloaded document is multiple pages instead of one image (for example the Moldova PDFs are ~80-190 pages)

we don't want to present a transcriber w/ 100 pages to transcribe at once...we should discuss how best to split multi page documents into distinct documents to present to transcribers

In feature 1.5.2 of the Functional Reqs Doc we alluded pagination of the PDF images and wanted to get your thoughts on how best to show. Would it be easy to split up the transcriber entry form on the client side that is assigned to each page as a user scrolls through the parts embodied in the task?
