checking blank checkbox when transcribing should clear any field content #70

I'm looking into this & unable to reproduce the issue - when I check the blank checkbox, it does clear field content.

@msbrown / @mcnulty24 / @philbrondyke - what task or field type caused this issue?

When you click blank before you can put a number in you can still enter numbers. However, it's working properly when you add numbers and then click blank.

Also, with this bug, users can submit blank forms with numerical information which shouldn't be possible.

Just to add to Phil's comment: the numbers filled (after checking blank) and submitted then show up in the export (instead of those being blank fields).
