tasks we reviewed on the call today:

• [x] on review transcription page, get rid of task progress figure b/c it is confusing, & move image/reviewer count info
• [x] on review transcription page, add a radio button option for all transcriptions, to clear filters
• [x] rename task setup to task settings
• [x] on review transcription page, add geography back to the table
• [x] hide transcription columns by default, show then at right of table on toggle
