cannot use magic or items in dynastic hero #19

i cannot seems to be able to use magic or items in the game 'dynastic hero' for turbografx-cd. i tried to reconfigure buttons but that had no effect. except than that, the game starts fine, jump and attack works fine. anyone else can confirm this ?

After googling and testing, it involves pressing the "Run" + directional button in order to use. For example, if you are facing an enemy and have "fire storm" equipped, press "Run" + the opposite direction in which you are facing.

There’s some awkwardness in The Dynastic Hero due to the fact that the game was designed with a three button controller in mind. When using items and spells, instead of being mapped to the A button they’re mapped to the Run button.

ok, i can firm it works now. i thought there was a problem with the mapping of the buttons. i did search before posting, but apparently not enough. thanks for letting me know.
