how to run a hack Saturn game which requires 4M cartridge(original version doesn't require)?

I found the code in the db.cpp, listing the games require different cartridges, but I don't know how to change it, because the file is not there in the package, seems it is sealed in the exec file already, I don't have any skill to change it......
