"search over openendedgroup.com/field" from the text editor broken

in field 14 alpha 5 binary, selecting "search over openendedgroup.com/field" is broken. it opens a brower with a url like

http://openendedgroup.com:8000/field/search?q=change+color&noquickjump=1&ticket=on&discussion=on&changeset=on&wiki=on

which does not seem to exist any more.
