Adding template file to be able to embed example repository into oep #77

I added a template file, which is used with jupyter nbconvert to create static html files to be able to embed those files into OpenEnergyPlatform. They are used for the tutorial site.

I opened this up as a draft, because I may need to add some meta files to be able to display those notebooks correctly.

@johannwagner i'm currently cleaning up a bit in this repository. Is this PR still something you're working on or can it be closed?

These tutorials should be displayed on the tutorial site. If this PR is needed to display them, then it is still relevant. I just wasn't sure if this was an old, deprecated branch, which you are no longer working on or if it's still something to be used. I'm guessing it's still relevant, so it should be merged once the tutorials site is finally online. Does that sound about right?
